Yoga Class
Basic Flow

Yoga flow focuses on synchronising movement and breath. Meaning, as you move, you breathe. It could be as simple as inhale to lift the arms up and exhale to forward fold. Each part of the movement has either an inhale or an exhale. (Multi-level)

Hatha Beginners

Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to force. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes consist of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. (Beginners)

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow class integrates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class - breath awareness, postures as well as sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing, you'll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in your body and mind. (Multi-level)

Vinyasa

A creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body's own rhythm. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.  (Multi-level)

Yoga Stretch

This practice blends stretching and strengthening postures, breath work and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way to assist you reduce and manage stress as well as help restore and maintain better balance, flexibility and strength. (Multi-level)
